Firstly, thank you
for taking an interest in my music. It’s the thing i love to do morethan anything in the world. To anyone who has ever been to a show, bought a record or been into my stuff in the past. I thank you for the opportunity to have made this record. Here’s to the future.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude, love and thanks to my best friends, my soul sister and manager, Leonie Messer. I would not be here at this moment in my life without you. Thank you for a million reasons, but mostly for always being honest with me., standing your ground and maintaining you integrity. Thank you for believing in me sometimes more than i believe in myself. “I like you hanging around. You lift me up when i am upside down. You are my favorite sound…and you’re always down for lifting me up.” I love you.
Larry Tollin Aww shucks. Can we have a snow fight again? Remember that day we got into a punching fit and i refused to give up? We were ‘just kidding’ but oh how i compete! Two Taureans. Can you say stubborn? Just know that i’ll always seek revenge. I’ll also always, always be grateful for your dedication, loyalty, friendship and hard work. But mostly just know that if you ever punch me again that hard i’ll rip your head off. Haha.
Thank you John Woodruff for fighting for me…for believing in the process…for always possibly be. What a pleasure it is after all these years to be making records together and still feeling like it’s the very first time. Your enthusiasm in inspiring.
Walter Afanasieff. You are a genius. Thank you for accepting my challenge and listening to me when i tried to describe the music i heard in my head. This album sounds exactly like i wanted it to. Does the world know you played practically every instrument on here? They do now. I love writing songs with you, making music with you…and being a part of your creative journey.

Hey Rick Nowels. It was a childhood dream to write songs with you. First time i ever heard Stevie Nicks’ Rock A Little album (i was about 13) i knew two things. Firstly that i loved Stevie. second, that one day i wanted to write songs with this guy called R. Nowels. Well, i still love Stevie and now i’m lucky enough to have created some of that magic with you and to call you a friend, “Never Change. Never Stop.” You are a magician.
Thanks Greg Bieck. Who knew we had it in us? It was so fun writing with you. I can’t wait to do it again some day. I miss you guys in Marin. Oh well. L.A. beckons all the time these days so maybe we’ll catch up where we left off.

Robert Conley. The coolest dude who ain’t even tryin’. The Jimi Hendrix of programming huh? Yeah. I’d have to agree. Well, just remember when you’re this huge superstar that i saw you and i knew you were going to change things on our lives forever. I still think “Crush” is my favorite song.
Chris Lord-Alge. you make it spank! It’s sounds so fruity. The best mix engineer in the world. Don’t ever let anyone else touch my music again, alright?
Alek Keshishian. I don’t even know how to express how much you have influenced the way i see the world, my music and the way in which it should unfold. Your kindness, compassion and wisdom as a friend are qualities second only to your artistry. I love working with you. Once again, one more person whose honesty is always appreciated. thank you my friend.
