The release date of this reissue is unknown although it has to be later than 2005 as the disc was made by EDC, Germany.
The musicians are not credited apart from the liner notes mentioning that Eric Stewart and Graham Gouldman ‘played most of the instruments’ and that ‘Jean Rousell played piano’ on Track 8.
